Anupa is a veteran speaker  with a comprehensive background in corporate Learning and Employee Development.  She is a leader and business owner with quite a tale to tell. By using expertise in adult learning and behavior change principles, her speeches are catalysts for transformation. Drawing from a long career in numerous industries and global companies, her narratives bring a rich and colorful palette of lessons learned, humorous insights, and practical tools to empower audiences.  Anupa has spoken at industry conferences on topics such as business strategy, individual growth and transformation, women's development, communication excellence, and many more.

A Chicago native, Anupa holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education. In New York City she led teams, programs, and initiatives for global financial, consumer products, technology, and infrastructure organizations. Now in Los Angeles she is the CEO of SmartWork! Inc. She is Board president of ATD (Association for Talent Development) Los Angeles; served on the Board of ATD New York; and is also a member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Network; and guides small and woman – owned businesses with the Women’s Business Center.

Anupa speaks four languages and is an insatiable traveler.
